Oopsie Cake

Nguyên liệu:

  • 8 eggs, separated
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • Pinch of cream of tartar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Thực hiện:

Whip the egg whites and tartar until peaks are formed.

Blend the cream cheese and yolks (with vanilla and cinnamon if using).

Fold the whites into the cream cheese mixture.

Pour into 2 prepared 9” cake pans.

Bake at 300’ for 25 min.

Let cool before frosting.

Put a layer of frosting on the top and repeat.
